Shipping times
All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.

Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow your parcel in real time.
If you do not receive your tracking details within 48 hours, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Shipping fees
Free home delivery.
Returns
If an item doesn’t suit you, you have 60 days after delivery to request a return.
Return conditions
To be accepted, the item must be:
- In perfect condition, unused
- In its original packaging
- Complete and undamaged
Any product showing signs of wear, damage, or that is incomplete may be refused.

We will then send you the necessary instructions.
Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Refund
Once the product is returned and inspected, we will issue a full refund for the amount of your order (excluding initial shipping fees, if applicable).
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
